Housing: Our first housing project, Pine Street Gardens, is in Norwood, Colorado. We have completed the infrastructure, including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, sewer line extensive grading and fill and construction of a French drain to route water through the property. Construction of the first threes houses is complete. There will be a total of six houses in this project. The site is on the corner of Naturita St and Pine St (1 block south of Grand Ave). It is one block from Clark's Market, centrally located in a residential neighborhood four blocks from the school. The site is 240 feet x 300 feet (72,000 square feet equals 1.65 acres). Approximately one-half of this land will be used as a site for six Habitat houses, and the other one-half of the land will be transferred to the Town of Norwood for use as a town park.
