Housing: Our first housing project is in Norwood, Colorado. We will begin construction on the first three houses in September 2008. There will be a total of six houses in this project. The site is on the corner of Naturita St and Pine St (1 block south of Grand Ave). It is one block from Clark's Market, centrally located in a residential neighborhood four blocks from the school. The site is 240 feet x 300 feet (72,000 square feet equals 1.65 acres). Approximately one-half of this land will be used as a site for six Habitat houses, and the other one-half of the land will be transferred to the Town of Norwood for use as a town park.
